In this class, you will make a Tim-Holtz-inspired, grungey, vintage folio using the Tim Holtz Palette paper collections. You will explore several distress and antiquing techniques using a variety of mediums.
You will need:
Messy mat, paper trimmer, 12x12" scoring board, bone folder, scissors, ruler, pen & pencil, double-sided tape, paintbrushes, sponge dabbers, white PVA-based craft glue (e.g. Art Glitter, Nuvo, Couture Tacky, etc), Couture Creations quick dry adhesive (or similar strong, clear glue), paper towel, baby wipes, awl, matte gel medium.
Optional to bring:
Distress inks & oxides in browns and darks (e.g. vintage photo, walnut stain, scorched timber, rusty hinge, ground espresso, etc) + foam applicators
Embossing ink dabber (e.g. distress clear embossing dabber, Ranger Emboss-it dabber)
